1. Overall. This Privacy Policy encompasses the use of www.BrainGainLLC.com and www.YourBridge.us by a website visitor and/or YourBridge member (collectively referred to as the “User” and “you”) with the User agreeing to abide by and be legally bound by this Privacy Policy. Brain Gain, LLC (collectively referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) is a Pennsylvania limited liability company and is the owner of www.BrainGainLLC.com and www.YourBridge.us. The Company is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections. Our Privacy Policy is designed to help the User understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the information the User provides to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.

2. Information Collected. We collect Non-Personal Information and Personal Information. The parties mutually consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania.
